2026 AGM BOD ELECTIONS
2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING & BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS
The Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI), in accordance with its By-Laws, announces the 2026 Annual General Membership Meeting and the election of representatives to the ADCI Board of Directors.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Date: Thursday, December 3, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Meeting Access: Sign-in information will be provided to members.
IMPORTANT ELECTION DATES & VOTING NOTICE
BALLOT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 23, 2026
IMPORTANT – NEW BALLOT SUBMISSION REQUIRED
Votes submitted during the March 2026 voting process will not be carried forward or counted in the current election.
All eligible members must submit a new ballot to ensure their votes are properly recorded and reflect their current selections.
Members are encouraged to submit their completed ballots before the November 23, 2026, deadline.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP – BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
In accordance with the ADCI By-Laws, four (4) seats on the Board of Directors are designated for representatives from the Associate Membership Class.
For the 2026 election, one (1) Associate Member representative will be elected from the slate of nominated candidates.
One (1) Associate Member Company whose current term is expiring is standing for re-election.
Biographical information for all nominated candidates is provided with the election materials.
Write-In Candidates
Associate Members may nominate an alternate candidate through the write-in process. Each write-in nomination must include:
